Melari
Melari is the elder of the Mountain Minish who live on Mount Crenel in The Minish Cap. He helps Link reforge the broken Picori Blade into the White Sword. He also tells Link where to find the second of the four Elements, the Fire Element. After the blade has been reforged, he will also tell Link to fuse the blade in the Elemental Sanctuary.
Manga
In the Minish Cap Manga, Melari was known as Melta, and had stopped working as a blacksmith due to the death of his wife. After Link had retrieved the Fire Element from Gleerok, Melari had agreed to reforge the Holy Sword.
