Dog Food
The Dog Food is the third item in the trading sequence in Link's Awakening. A Little Bow-Wow in a side room in Madame MeowMeow's house will give Link this can of dog food in return for a Ribbon. The can of dog food then has to be given to the hungry Sale of Sale's Banana Shop on Toronbo Shores, who then gives Link a bunch of bananas as thanks.
Because the beginning sequences of Link's Awakening's trading sequence is required to be done in order to progress further in the game later on, it is acquired that Link receives the can of dog food and trades it.
Dog food is also an item in Minish Cap.
You recive the dog food by going into Stockwell's chimney when small, then growing again using the overturned pot behind the counter. After that, Stockwell asks you to take the dog food to his home near Lake Hylia and feed his dog.
