Palm Fruit can be found on Palm Trees in the Gerudo Desert and on the coast of East Necluda. They're also sold in the Kara Kara Bazaar by Emri as well as by the travelling merchant Chumin. Red Hinoxes also sometimes drop Palm Fruits upon their death.
Palm Fruits can be eaten raw to restore one Heart, but when it comes in contact with fire, it will turn into Baked Palm Fruit, which heals for one and a half Hearts.[1] When Palm Fruit is cooked into a dish, it will increase the heart recovery provided.[1] At the Kochi Dye Shop, Palm Fruit can be used to make Light Yellow Dye.
When used in a Cooking Pot, Palm Fruits are one of the many fruits that can make Fruit Pie, Fruitcake, Honeyed Fruits, Simmered Fruit, Steamed Fruit, Fruit and Mushroom Mix, and Copious Simmered Fruit.
