Dangoro
The Dangoro (ダンゴロス, Dangorosu) is a giant Goron in the Goron Mines of Twilight Princess who will not let Link pass into the next room. He will start by bringing down the magnetic platform down into the lava. The next thing he will do is go after Link slowly. By equipping his Iron Boots, Link was able to stick himself to the floor, preventing himself from falling into the lava below. As Dangoro prepared to attack, Link was able to strike at his undefended belly, cauing him to roll up into a ball in an attempt to run Link over. By moving over to the edge and grabbing him like the Gorons outside, Link was able to toss Dangoro into the lava. By repeating this method three times, Link was able to defeat him and finally convince the Goron that he acted for the Gorons and not against them. Accepting his story, Dangoro presented Link with the Goron treasure, the Hero's Bow, and allow him passage to the next room.
Trivia
- The battle is somewhat similar to Super Mario 64's Bowser Battles.
