Aryll
Aryll (アリル, Ariru) is Link's younger sister. She lives with him on Outset Island with their Grandma. She is a very mature and thoughtful person. One of her favorite hobbies is to hang out at Aryll's Lookout and play with the seagulls. Her telescope is her most cherished possession, but she lends it to Link as a special gift for his birthday. An unfortunate turn of events arise, which leads to her capture. It becomes Link's sworn priority to save her and banish the evil menace behind all this.
Curiously, she and Grandma are neither seen nor mentioned at all in Phantom Hourglass. Aryll is referenced by Nyeve; when Link trades the Hero's New Clothes for a telescope, he says "Be careful it, belonged to my sister, haha just kidding."
Trivia
Template:Spoiler When you have completed the game once and play the second quest, Aryll will wear a purple dress with a skull on it throughout the entire game. Which she was seen wearing when she was on the pirate ship, after you defeated Ganon. She is also a trophy in Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
