The Fairy of the Winds resides in the Gale Boomerang, and was used by Ook (who, at the time, had a Twilit Parasite controlling him) for evil purposes. The fairy is never seen and is only spoken to once when Link first receives the Gale Boomerang. She plays only a tiny role in the events of the game and is never spoken of again.
