Biography
Pondo is a character who owns a snow bowling business in Tabantha Frontier of the Hebra province of Hyrule, and upon finding him outside rolling a snowball and talking to him will ask if you want snow bowl.[1]. Then he tells you the snow bowling costs 20 rupees to play and asks if you're still in.
How to play snow bowling
Snow bowling costs 20 rupees to play. You get two tries to knock down all the pins. Getting a strike (Knock down all in one ball), will result in, if you have an empty Weapon Slot, him giving you a Blizzard Rod. Then after giving the Blizzard Rod He will give you a gold rupee (Worth 300 green rupees. There is no limit to how many times you can play so this is a good way to rupee farm.
How to win
Once he gives the ball to you, he will move into a position. Target him using ZL then walk behind him and move the camera to link's front, then move it down so you can see link's legs through Pondo's legs, then drop the ball with B button.
