Template:Boss Rolling Bones is the mini-boss of in Tail Cave in Link's Awakening.

Characteristics

To defeat Rolling Bones, Link must use the Roc's Feather to jump over the Rolling Spike Trap that he pushes in his direction. Then he must attack him with the sword as many times as possible before he can get back behind the large roller. Defeating Rolling Bones will open the way to the boss, Moldorm, and open a warp back to the entrance of the dungeon.

Rolling Bones also appears as one of many previous mini-bosses in Turtle Rock. If defeated in Turtle Rock, he will return like a regular enemy.

Nomenclature

It is likely that the name "Rolling Bones" is a play on the famous rock band, The Rolling Stones.
