They are good friends with the astronomer in the Astral Observatory; Link needs to befriend the gang in order to get to the Observer. Then in turn obtain the Moons Tear which is needed to reach Skull Kid on the Clock Tower. The Bomber Gang also befriended Skull Kid, but later cast him out due to his evil motives
As a result, they only allow humans to join there gang, they give new members of there group a book, Jim there leader who wears the red bandana makes all the rules in the gang, he decides who can or can't join and he can be very direct, jim can be found in the North Area of clock Town wail two member walks in the East Part, one in the Wast part and the last is with jim near the slide.
The child gang of mischief makers that roam the streets of Clock Town, from Majora's Mask. These children have their own secret organization and are willing to let a familiar looking Deku Scrub in if he would perform a few tasks. The Bombers give Link a notebook of theirs, which allows him to keep track of who has dealt with or helped. These children also have exclusive access to the town Observatory. You also get the Bomber's Notebook, which helps you keep track of favors you pay throughout the game Majora's Mask.
