"The spirit of an ancient king of Hyrule who wishes to secure peace in his land from beyond the grave. He was very fond of the people of the Wind Tribe."
Gustaf was one of the ancient Hylian kings. In Minish Cap, he directs you to his grave and gives you a gold Kinstone to enter the land of the Wind Tribe.
