This is a small water inlet in Koholint Island. It is named after the mermaid that inhabits the waters, Martha. Link comes across this bay in his adventure in Link's Awakening when he travels to the dungeon Catfish's Maw. He also escorts and estranged ghost back to his home, and later Link discovers the resting place of the Magnifying Glass on the bay's shore.
