The Ruto Crown is one of the many random treasures Link happens upon during The Phantom Hourglass.

It's name is a reference to the famous Zora Princess and Sage of Water, Princess Ruto, possibly being a crown she wore. This hypothesis is furthered by it being described, on the Collection screen, as follows: "Some say this regal crown was worn by a princess of Zora".
