(Pretty sure the Fire Pokey name is fan made. They are in fact called Lava Bubble Towers, Lava Bubble being the name used for Podoboo, which they're obviously related to. So I'm placing down a merge template.) |

Pokey are cactus-like monsters, better known as enemies in the Super Mario Bros. series. They dwell in the deserts of Koholint Island and Holodrum respectively in Link's Awakening and Oracle of Seasons. The creatures do not move very fast, and can only harm Link if he is careless enough to touch one. He must be careful and strike away each section of their body with the sword.
Trivia
- By hitting a Pokey with a Mystery Seed, they will recover destroyed parts of their body.
