::::Although it seems strange, it isn't at all surprising that this was never merged. The wiki requires a substantial dissent or agreement for any proposal to run its course, and as you can see, this proposal only saw two approval votes, along with the original poster (wow, it was me! on Christmas Day too.) Merge
This page should go into the Island Postal Service page: (1) It only connects to the content in that article, and would benefit alongside content on Koboli's establishment, as included in that section.
