- This article is about the great spirit from Skyward Sword. For the Spirit of Light, see Faron (Spirit).
Faron is a water dragon appearing in Skyward Sword. A servant of the goddess Hylia, Faron lives in Lake Floria, a region which she has protected since ancient times.[1] Faron is injured (presumably by Ghirahim or his Demon Tribe) during the events of the game, so Link returns to the Skyview Temple to heal hear, and in return she will show him how to get to the Ancient Cistern.
