Derek

The username "Derek" is unregistered on the wiki. I've sent him a PM about it on ZU. So, if he decides to, he'll come here and register so no one else can take the name.User:Matt/sig 02:32, November 11, 2008 (UTC)

Image(s) uploaded

Hi! Thank you for the new image(s) you recently uploaded; the wiki appreciates your contributions! We've introduced a policy of crediting the original source of any images used here, so we ask that you please take a moment to let everyone know where your images came from using the various templates here. For more information, see this explanation, and any questions you may have will be answered by the staff here. Thanks for your help!User:Matt/sig 01:19, November 13, 2008 (UTC)

Hey, umm... You seem to be capitalizing the file types of a lot of the images you upload. It would be nice if you kept them in lower case. It makes the site look more professional.User:Matt/sig 05:14, November 22, 2008 (UTC)

Lowercase, got it. [/Didn't know... :P] Zien 05:25, 22 November 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Banners

I was thinking that we should make a page here explaining every banner currently used by Zelda Universe. We've already covered the ones that are for site staff. I'll make the Zelda Wiki.org contributor banner. If you could help with making them that would be great.User:Matt/sig 02:48, November 13, 2008 (UTC)

I just thought of something. These articles should be singular. Hold off editing them for a few minutes. This won't take long.User:Matt/sig 19:54, November 14, 2008 (UTC)
Don't worry about fixing the see also links at the bottom either. I've got a better plan for those.User:Matt/sig 19:55, November 14, 2008 (UTC)

There if I missed any, which I know I did, they can be added to Template:ZURank.User:Matt/sig 20:28, November 14, 2008 (UTC)

Glitches

Hey, just thought I'd say good work on making the pages for the Glitch category. I'll be around heaps more in my Christmas Holidays to focus heaps of work on the glitch pages. Thanks for your help. User:Melchizedek/sig 09:50, 23 November 2008 (UTC)

Quick question

Hey, there. Regarding your comment here, were you making an opposition or just a comment? (I'm assuming that you meant for it to be an opposition given where it is -- the wording just doesn't sound like a definite opposition to me.) If it is indeed an opposition, is there any chance you could add a # before the * and the part where your comment starts (for a total of two extra #'s)? It'll help to keep track of the number of votes. Thanks! User:Ando/sig 23:33, 19 December 2008 (UTC)

OHH. I forgot that you had already voted! D: My apologies. I moved all of the relevant discussion to the comments section. Sorry about that, my mistake! This is what happens when I confuse myself. User:Ando/sig 23:55, 19 December 2008 (UTC)

Some Glitch Stuff

You'll probably that I've tidied up the Talk:Glitches page. From now on that page is just for discussing the Glitches Page. I decided to make this page (Glitches/Project Page), where all of the yet to be proved glitches etc: are placed for reference. So no talking on that page, just dumping stuff so to speak. Then that pages talk page (Talk:Glitches/Project Page) is where we discuss the project of course. Cheers... User:Melchizedek/sig 00:05, 26 December 2008 (UTC)

And this my friend is for you. Type {{User GlitchHead|'''Extreme'''}} to use it. User:Melchizedek/sig 02:02, 26 December 2008 (UTC)

Template:User GlitchHead

Looks like you like it. You may want to check its positioning though. On my screen it's messing up your User Active|Frequent thingie! User:Melchizedek/sig 13:42, 27 December 2008 (UTC)
When editing a section, leave what is automatically added there alone. Add any further summary after it. What you are doing now is creating huge links that do not work in the Recent Changes and page histories. The auto summary when editing a section puts in something like this:
/* SectionName */
Leave that alone. Right now, you seem to be deleting the closing */ every time you add a summary. That is causing problems. Just add the summaries after what is automatically put in there.User:Matt/sig 04:02, December 31, 2008 (UTC)

Re: A thing or Two

Hey Zien. I'd love to help. I'm not sure how much I can help with this project, but I'll take a look. If you have any specific ones you want checked, that'd make it much easier for me. I own OoT and TP only though... though I could get WW from my friend no problem. User:Light Knight/sig02:50, December 28, 2008 (UTC)

I've been really busy, but I plan on testing some soon man. At least some of the TP ones. User:Light Knight/sig19:41, January 4, 2009 (UTC)

Glitch question

Hi! I haven't really been paying that much attention to the glitch stuff to be honest, so I was wondering something; are we intending to remove all glitch information from articles, and have it only on the glitch pages? (See the comment I made here) User:Adam/sig 12:19, 18 January 2009 (UTC)

Hacks

So I've noticed that the whole game specific Hack pages are all named incorrectly... so I'll fix it up now! User:Melchizedek/sig 23:32, 22 January 2009 (UTC)

How did that happen?:O Well, thanks! I think Karptroopa is going to help us with the hacks project. I gave him all the links to the pages, and told him what goes where. Maybe we can start this in 2.0 after all. (I say that because of the lack of activity from the past.) User:Austin/sig 23:40, 22 January 2009 (UTC)
I'm half way through renaming... then I'll answer your Q's on my talk page.User:Melchizedek/sig 23:41, 22 January 2009 (UTC)

You needn't have "Bumped" the page, it was already protected ;) Great job getting it all together btw.User:Axiomist/sig 01:48, 17 March 2009 (UTC)

Images

Just a note... on image pages, just add the sourcing and copyright templates, and don't write anything else... User:Melchizedek/sig 05:51, 30 January 2009 (UTC)

Welcomes

I noticed that you have been slipping up a lot when welcoming users. The proper way to do it is {{Subst:Hi|Username}} That is the way it is supposed to be done, and that is how the instructions on the template says to do it. I was hoping you'd pick up on the fact that I corrected it every time you welcomed a user. But you didn't and just continued. So I had to tell you this.User:Matt/sig 03:55, February 6, 2009 (UTC)

Hey there! I noticed Matt already pointed this out, but you still seem to be doing it :/ The proper way to welcome new users is to type:
{{subst:Hi|YOUR USERNAME HERE}}
If you could please do that, it would be appreciated.User:Mandi/sig 18:39, 14 March 2009 (UTC)

Thanks!

Hey, Zien! Thanks for helping me set up my account earlier! I still can't figure out a bunch of Wiki Code stuff, but I wil get it eventually! Thanks again! --EzloSpirit 03:56, 20 April 2009 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Fill Me In

I am not sure if you are aware, but my laptop is being fixed, and that is the only computer I have with Skype downloaded. (My dad won't let me download anything on his computer.) So, if there is anything I'm missing on Skype that is important, please tell me on here, or PM me on SW.org if you can. You don't have to keep running down here to tell me every little thing, but, with any very important information... please don't hold back. Thank you, User:Austin/sig 02:17, 28 September 2009 (UTC)

Computer down again? Jeez... :(User:Mandi/sig 02:29, 28 September 2009 (UTC)
It was only broken once, two Fridays ago. My dad didn't send it away until a few days later, so I'm still waiting for it. User:Austin/sig 02:31, 28 September 2009 (UTC)
Well, hope you get it repaired quickly. :)User:Mandi/sig 02:34, 28 September 2009 (UTC)

== Move Userpage == I was hoping I may be allowed to move my userpage to "User:The Wiki Ninja." But, of course, I'm fine with keeping the username "Austin", as well as within my signature. Maybe so? (Or I can't be special and have it remain as "User:Austin.")User:Austin/sig 02:40, 28 September 2009 (UTC)

Dude

One important thing about the Admin staff you should keep in mind is that we can't rename you, but we can block your account. Didn't you just get renamed? This arrogance will be decided upon in some staff chats. User:Axiomist/sig 03:50, 28 September 2009 (UTC)

I'm a little tried from doing a lot of school work, and it's almost midnight for me. So, I'm a little out of it. I wasn't trying to rename myself, I was trying to rename my userpage. But, when editing, it said such a user hasn't been registered, and I didn't want to cause any errors with the wiki. So, I moved everything back. User:Austin/sig 03:54, 28 September 2009 (UTC)
Well yeah. Renaming is not something that is recommended to do often (see: Renaming Accounts). How you went about it was definitely not the proper way. So, yeah...don't do it again :PUser:Mandi/sig 04:01, 28 September 2009 (UTC)

A few things

Just a few things here. First of all, we've noticed that you seem to be wanting to delete nearly every community page you run into. Now, while some of these pages may seem unneeded, they are a part of the Zelda community in some respect, so they need to stay for now. Also, when tagging a page for delete, you don't blank the whole page. You simply add the delete tag to the top of the page, keeping the information intact.User:Mandi/sig 05:33, October 3, 2009 (UTC)
