The Cloud Tops are a location in The Minish Cap. They can only be walked on by one "Pure of Heart"[1]. The Cloud Tops are home to the Wind Tribe, who reside within the Tower of Winds, and are rumored to contain golden Kinstones.

The Cloud tops are acessed by climbing all the way to the top of Veil Falls and entering via a tornado which launches Link into the sky. When Link gets there, two members of the Wind Tribe are seen trying to get back to the Tower of Winds. Link must traverse the clouds seeking Golden Kinstones which must be fused with 5 Mysterious Clouds in order to activate small pinwheels which will remove a cloud revealing a tornado granting access to the tower.

In this area, there are clusters of clouds which can be dug through with the use of the Mole Mitts, a technique that is used throughout the cloud tops. There are many mini tornadoes which Link must use to float to other far away cloud masses.

The Music heard in the cloud tops is a mixture of a remix of the first legend of zelda's overworld theme, and the title screen music.
