Cuho Mountain is a recurring location in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2]

Features and Overview

Breath of the Wild

Cuho Mountain is located in the western portion of the Tabantha Frontier, where it overlooks Gisa Crater to the south, Passer Hill and Lake Totori South to the north, and Strock Lake to the east. Its peak is composed of three separate rock spires, with enough space between them for Link to walk through. Ore Deposits and Rare Ore Deposits can be found along the slopes of Cuho Mountain.

After Link completes the four Ancient Shrines on the Great Plateau during the "EX The Champions' Ballad" Main Quest, a Monument will emerge from the ground on Cuho Mountain.[note 1] When Link travels to the Monument, he will find Kass playing his bandoneon nearby. The voice of a Monk then speaks to Link, instructing him to undertake the Divine Beast Tamer's Trial depicted on the Monument.[4] Following this, Kass sings a portion of the Court Poet's Unfinished Song, which describes the Trial Revali undertook 100 years ago.[5]

A single Korok Seed Puzzle is situated on top of Cuho Mountain. On the western end of the Mountain overlooking Strock Lake, Link can find a Cube Pattern. Once Link completes the Pattern, a Korok will appear and give him a Korok Seed.[6]

  1. Though the Adventure Log denotes Strock Lake as the Monument's location,[3] it can actually be found on Cuho Mountain.
