Majora's Mask

In Majora's Mask, the mayor is Mayor Dotour. He and his family are found in various rooms of the residence, which is found in East Clock Town. The building does not function only as a home, however, and is also where the mayor does his mayoral duties and holds meetings.
Oracle of Ages
In Oracle of Ages, the mayor is Plen. He seems to be the only person residing in his home in Lynna City. The idea of a mayor in Lynna City seems to have been an idea introduced sometime in the past 400 years or so, as Lynna Village, what Lynna City was in the past, has no mayor, nor a leader of any kind.
