Agwanda is the boss of the Shrine of Water. Agwanda is a blob of water that claims to have control over water to the point that she'll even dry up your tears. She is protected by three servants called "Kelpies" that must be defeated in order to reach the room that Agwanda lurks. She attacks by quickly moving around the room dealing 2 1/2 hearts of damage if she runs into Zelda and by shooting out bubbles in every direction that deal 1 1/2 hearts of damage.
She is fought later in the game when Gannon summons the other bosses (except for Ursore) to battle Zelda one last time. She is fought in a similar manner as before, only in now slightly weaker.
