Biography
Sheila is a woman in Hyrule Town. During the Picori Festival, she wonders if the Minish will bring her happiness.[2]
After the Festival ends, she can be found near Mayor Hagen's House, focused on the bell nearby.[3] When Link rings the bell using the Roc's Cape, revealing a Piece of Heart, she is moved beyond words.[4]
Sheila is one of the potential characters to have a random Kinstone Fusion available.[5]
