Interestingly, while Vicious Monster missions initially have varying levels based on when they were unlocked, when you beat the Battle Tested Guardian in EX Vicious Monster-Forgotten Temple(The only one that doesn't disappear.) All Vicious Monster Battles gain a level recommendation of 78.

EX Vicious Monster Battles are temporary missions that appear around the map, as you gain access to more locations. Each one will have at least 1 Vicious Monster in it, and max at 3. Vicious Monster Battles appear in Hyrule Field, Breach of Demise, Hyrule Outpost, Great Hyrule Forest, Crenel Peak, Kakariko Village, Goponga Village, Lanayru Road, Mount Daphnes and Forgotten Temple.
