Description
Cacti found in the Gerudo Desert bear this sweet fruit. It's naturally insulated, so when cooked into a dish, it provides resistance against electricity.

Voltfruits can be found growing from cacti within the Gerudo Desert. They can also be bought from Lorn in Gerudo Town. When eaten, Voltfruits provide Link with half a Heart. Voltfruits exposed to Fire become Roasted Voltfruit. Meals made using Voltfruits give Link Shock Resistance.[1]

Five Voltfruits, as well as five Yellow Chuchu Jelly, are needed to upgrade each piece of the Rubber Set to its first tier at a Great Fairy Fountain. Voltfruits can also be used at the Kochi Dye Shop to make Orange Dye.
