Blizzard Rods are not made of flammable materials and can safely be used around open flames or [[Scorching Climate]]s. Blizzard Rods are also not made of magnetic materials and cannot be manipulated with [[Magnesis]]. Blizzard Rods do not conduct electricity, and will float in sufficiently deep bodies of water. Blizzard Rods are imbued with [[Ice]] elemental energy, generating three flurries of Ice when swung.
