Blizzard Rods are mostly found by defeating the [[Blizzrobe|Blizzrobes]] that wield them. When [[Link]] uses one, a shroud of ice covers the area in front of you, instantly freezing any enemies in the shroud. After being frozen, Link is free to do anything with the frozen enemy(ies).
