After defeating the Diabolical Cubus Sisters, they will drop an item called the Ghost Key. If you enter the Ghost ship again and go down to the first maze with the Reapling, you will see a block with a keyhole in it. Tap the block to use the Ghost Key and beyond the block you will find Tetra.
