Template:Sources Template:Dungeon Maag Halan Shrine, designated by the Trial name Maag Halan's Blessing, is an Ancient Shrine in Breath of the Wild.

Entrance to the Shrine

Maag Halan Shrine is located in the northeast corner of Great Hyrule Forest. Link must first talk to Damia at the entrance of the Korok Trial, who will give Link the Shrine Quest, "The Test of Wood". Link must travel a path set before him using the entire Forest Dweller's set: Forest Dweller's Sword, Forest Dweller's Shield and Forest Dweller's Bow.[1] Once Link reaches the end of the path without any of his equipment burning or being broken, the Shrine will reveal itself.

Themes and Navigation

Maag Halan Shrine features one chest and Maag Halan. Maag Halan will tell Link that he does not need to be tested, saying that he has already proved himself by completing the Shrine Quest. [2] Maag Halan will then give Link a Spirit Orb, [3] and will wish Link well before fading away.[4]

The Treasure Chest contains a Giant Ancient Core.
