Template:UC Template:Book The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages is a manga by Akira Himekawa loosely based on the story of the game of the same name. It was originally released in Japan in 2001 and an English translation was released by VIZ Media in June 2009.

Storyline

Oracle of Ages

  • Chapter 1: Oracle of Ages: Nayru

Link ventures from Holodrum to Labrynna. He participates in a fighting contest, but soon is surprised by the sudden possession of Impa, Princess Zelda's nursemaid.

  • Chapter 2: Sorceress of Shadows: Veran

Impa takes Link into a forest and asks him to move a stone marked with the symbol of the Triforce because she is unable to do so. Nayru, Oracle of Ages, is seen singing to a group of forest animals. After a short conversation between Link and Nayru, Impa reveals that she is possessed by Veran and begins to possess Nayru and travels back in time to "erase" Link's existence.

  • Chapter 3: An Old Friend: Ralph

Ralph, an old friend of Nayru's, appears searching for her. Link begins to explain her disappearance and they travel back in time using the Harp of Ages to the construction of the Black Tower.

  • Chapter 4: Queen Ambi of Labrynna

Link is attacked by his ancestor, Raven, and taken to the dungeon for " deserting" the construction of the tower. Link soon escapes and spies on Veran, who is possessing Nayru's body, informing the queen of the impact the Black Tower will have on Queen Ambi's fame.

  • Chapter 5: Sir Raven

Sir Raven is revealed as the person who helped Link escape from the dungeon and brings him to a hidden village where all of the supposedly dead villagers have taken residence.
