This is the song learned for The Wind Waker from the Zora sage known as Laruto. Laruto was the Sage of the Earth until a shadow monster, Jalhalla, summoned by Ganondorf, destroyed her inside the Earth Temple. Her spirit remained, in the hopes that the new Sage of the Earth could be awakened. Medli turns out to be this new Sage, and she plays the song on her harp to open the Earth Temple.
Note: This song is the 1st part of the Wind Waker theme.
