A '''Linked Game''' is the connection between ''[[The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons|Oracle of Seasons]]'' and ''[[The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages|Oracle of Ages]]'' where each player trades ''Secrets'' (passwords) to the other game to unlock several items and events to beat the game one hundred percent. The term "Password-Linked", although never used in-game, is commonly used by fans and strategy guides to describe situations. If something is "password-linked" in ''Oracle of Seasons'', it can usually only be accessed with a password that can only be obtained by completing ''Oracle of Ages'', and vice versa.

A Linked Game is the connection between Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Ages where each player trades Secrets (passwords) to the other game to unlock several items and events to beat the game one hundred percent. The term "Password-Linked", although never used in-game, is commonly used by fans and strategy guides to describe situations. If something is "password-linked" in Oracle of Seasons, it can usually only be accessed with a password that can only be obtained by completing Oracle of Ages, and vice versa.

There are situations in which passwords are given in either game before they are completed. These passwords will often grant the player to do something unique in the corresponding game, in which case the term "Password-Linked" is also often applied, although the term seems to be used more loosely in these predicaments.

The Secrets are recorded in Farore's Memory in the Hall of Secrets.
