Festari is a Forest Minish in The Minish Cap. He guards the entrance to Deepwood Shrine from the Minish Village. He is the only Forest Minish who speaks the human language. He directs Link to retrieve the Jabber Nut, which will make Link speak and understand the Picori Language. He then directs Link to speak to the Minish Elder, Gentari, before he will allow passage into Deepwood Shrine.
