When Link shows Ashei's sketch of the beast from Snowpeak to Prince Ralis in the Karariko graveyard, Ralis instantly recognizes the red fish that the beast is holding to be a Reekfish. Ralis tells Link that Reekfish feed on a certain type of coral found only in Zora's Domain, from which his earring happens to be made.
