Zunari is a bizarre man who has moved to Windfall Island. He has set up a stall there and has not got a lot of business going on. When the Hero of Winds helps him by purchasing his sail he begins to try and sell things for an organization who's goal is putting flowers all over the town.
Zunari's only possessions are his coat which he always wears. No-one truly knows where he came from, though he still claims to this day it was a "very cold place, from far away". This could hint the Isle of Frost from Phantom Hourglass. During the Island Trading Sequence in The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, if Link makes a Merchant's Oath with at least 3 traders that are Gorons on 3 different islands, Zunari will give him the Magic Armor.
