So I investigated the 503 errors and discovered that the root of the problem was the image on the [[Template:Reorg|reorg]] template. I don't understand why it suddenly began causing problems, but perhaps due to the recent update, the image converter could no longer handle animated gifs properly. I've been forced to delete the image because it was really causing massive server disruptions and preventing people from viewing the site. The persistent problems should be over now, but if you find it happening again, please notify me immediately.
