The Splatoon × The Legend of Zelda Splatfest was a crossover event between Splatoon 3 and The Legend of Zelda.
Overview
Splatfests are periodically occurring events in the Splatoon series, where players choose a team and compete against the opposite teams in Turf Wars to raise a teams' scores in order to determine a winner by the highest score after its conclusion. This Splatfest, entitled Power vs. Wisdom vs. Courage, was a celebration for the then upcoming release of Tears of the Kingdom. The theme for this Splatfest was "Which do you seek?", giving the player the option to choose between the three virtues of the Triforce, namely Power, Wisdom and Courage. The event resulted in a victory for Power.
Splatoon 3 introduced the Tricolor Turf War mode, featuring a reworked Turf War Stage, which gets modified to function for three teams instead of the usual two, with this stage being Scorch Gorge. Unlike previous modifications, Scorch Gorge's layout took on the shape of the Triforce, making this the biggest stage rework in Splatoon 3.
